I booked two rooms and was placed with one downstairs on one side and upstairs on the other despite traveling with fur babies. My dog hated climbing the stairs. Then the room was left dirty (blanket had lipstick stains and one pillow was smeared with lipstick). The building is not kept up well. Staff was very unfriendly with check in and check out. There was also stains on the bathroom door and wall that could have been blood. Lock was barely held on with two screws making me uncomfortable to leave my fur baby behind.
Despite asking front desk to make a note not to clean, and having hanging do not disturb sign, they still came in and cleaned up towels and left no new towels behind. There was clear crack in ceiling and dripping noise. There were guests who spent all night smoking on balcony. There was people who hung out on stairs. This is not a place I would EVER bring my fur baby again. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! My sister stayed here too and her room had flies that swarmed out when she opened the bathroom door.

There were several loud fights, and police knocked on the door several times. The mattress was like a rock. Would not recommend staying here.

The girl who checked me In on the 3-11 shift couldn't have cared less. She really should not be in a position that requires guest contact. I've spent 40+ years managing properties like this.
I called at 8pm,an hour after checking in, for a plunger. At 11AM wben I CBE led out it still had not arrived. There was an old Big Mac left in the microwave, a tub of something I didn't even want to touch left in the fridge, which was not turned on. The PTAC unit was not plugged in. No bath mat for shower. My white socks turned black from walking on the floor.
The woman on the desk in the morning was great listening to me, but all she could do was tell me to fill out a review and say I should be entitled to some compensation (her words).
Just not a pleasant stay.

If I could give it zero bones, I would. The toilet didn't work, the tv didn't work, the walls were sticky and it was dark and dingy overall. I tried to convince myself that I could endure one night but I was actually frightened so I ran for the hills and found another place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE.

this place is clean.....lots of grassy places for dogs...desk is very kind. its not a huge classy hotel, but if you need a night or few? its great. make sure you request first floor if you want easy access for you pup. I would also say its not too noisy, so if you have a barker (like I do) you would be pleasantly surprised. My dog is little... i did not take his STEPS..but used his car seat as the step to the high bed. perfect. smart pups catch on fast. enjoy

The hotel itself wasn’t very nice with only very basic accommodations. The people were friendly, but I wouldn’t exactly call them a dog-friendly staff.
