    Friendly and clean

    Front desk staff member was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Fenced area for dogs was pretty small but plenty of grass around.

    Convenient location and as expected

    This location is just off the highway, so it was great for a night's stop on a long road trip. The room had laminate flooring instead of carpet which is always a plus for dog friendly rooms. It was clean and what you would expect from a La Quinta.

    Too much $ for too little quality

    This La Quinta is not well-kept. There is very little space to walk a dog. Both outdoor and indoor spaces are not very clean.

    Place is awful

    Overpriced, handicap room was a joke. Nothing worked, shower sprayed the ceiling, small, bed was terrible

    Easy on and off I-95

    Hotel was handy, lots of parking, staff friendly and the room super clean. We had to ask for extra towel but no problem. Would definitely stay here again. Dottie (maltipoo) loved it.

    Great stay for the price

    Clean towels, hot water and relatively comfortable bed. We checked in after driving 16 hours. Front desk person was super friendly and checked us in quickly. If you are looking for a pet-friendly place for a quick stay, I’d recommend. Would stay there again if we travel the same path.

    Nice and Clean

    This hotel was nice and clean, great for our dog, not as much for the people. No grab and go breakfast (they ran out very early) and no coffee or tea in lobby.

    Nice sized rooms

    The hotel had a lot of locks on the door leading me to believe it isn’t in a great area (not their fault) but convenient to the highway which helped for a quick stay on a long drive. We got a room with 2 queen beds and the room was quite large and nicely updated. Nice flooring which is good for keeping pet-friendly rooms cleaning. The AC didn’t work well at all, it ran all night but didn’t go down to the temp it was set at making for a slightly uncomfortable sleep. The mattresses are very worn which was tough but the bedding itself was clean and comfy.

    Great place

    Loved it! The room was nice and clean. Big compared to other places we have stayed. We really liked it. They even have a small fenced in dog park!

    Perfect for our needs

    The floors were laminate (not carpet), which we thought was so perfect for allowing our dog to stay with us (and knowing the floors are much easier to keep clean than carpet). As dog owners, that was probably our favorite feature. Room also had a fridge and a microwave. It was in short, far better than expected and we would stay there again. Thanks!

    Nice location

    I enjoyed my stay with some issues. There was dog poop everywhere asked the hotel to clean it up outside and they said they did but clearly they didn’t. The breakfast was a sack breakfast with same thing everyday. They have a laundry room but no change to give to use laundry you either have to bring your own quarters or go to a local bank to get them. It’s a 100% smoke free facility (ha ha ha ) but I had to complain to front desk about marijuana usage which they did nothing about . There were other issues but I’ll reserve them.

    It’s an ok option

    Pros: some of the staff are personable, clean rooms, small dog area.
    Cons: Dog area not kept clean, bags unavailable. However, after asking twice they made sure this was remedied.

    Just Okay

    Check-in was friendly enough.
    Supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but our room has a very strong smoke smell.

    Overall nice

    Great reception staff but rooms stripped down a bit due to COVID. Saw a crawly bug in our room. But it was clean and comfortable got one night. Friendly to our dogs. "Dog park" was about 10 square feet, but there were other grassy areas to walk in.

    Bring Fido

    Needed an air conditioned room for myself and my puppy while our electric was out due to a storm. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Easy access to stairwell for outside potty rime. Removed a bone because, no fault Of the hotel, a guest adjacent to my room smoked weed and it was so strong it actually filled the halls and into my room. This is a nonsmoking hotel. Luckily for them I was too tired to complain.

    Nice location food close by (Applebees)

    Room was clean and comfortable. It was apparent that pets had stayed in it before and had damaged the bottom of the doors. However, we were fine with that. We traveled with a 6 month old puppy and would stay again.

    La Quinta by Wyndham Mt Laurel, Philadelphia

    This hotel used to be our favorite La Quinta until it was purchased by Wyndham. (This applies to Super 8 in Smithfield, NC).
    When we checked into La Quinta in Mt. Laurel, they had no record of our reservation. Luckily, I had the online reservation that you sent to us. They somehow "found" the reservation and checked in to a room on the 2nd floor. When we brought all our luggage and dog to the room, the room smelled like a bar room from smoking guests! (the hotel is advertised as a smoke free facility!) I brought this to the attention to the front desk and requested another room. We were relocated to a room on the first floor. ALL the furniture was splattered with white paint from a recent painting! We stayed there nonetheless since we were tired from a long trip. We didn't need that aggravation!
    Doubt we will ever stay there again. This was strike 2 for Wyndham!!

    P.S. The hotel also charged me $20.00 Pet Fee when your Confirmation information states " Two pets up to 75 lbs are welcome for no additional fee." Our dog weighs 60 lbs!!! I think you know how I feel about this experience.

    Noise

    I will start off with the good points The room is clean but that's about all I can say about the good things because the staff was not even accommodating in any way.
    The tiny part for the dogs that they have gated off probably wasn't even it might have been 6 ft by 6 ft but there was so much water in it that it covered my ankles so you couldn't even use it.
    Second thing is that all of the floor is tile in the rooms which makes it very difficult for dogs to walk on.
    And as for the hotel for people the room next to me was playing extremely loud music until 4:00 a.m. I complained four times to the front desk and they did nothing I even asked if I could change rooms and they said no.

    Our hotel was not only in a great location to my daughter's wedding but my Abby got to lay on a comfy bed and watch TV like the princess she is!!

    Good stay

    This place is located conveniently off of the NJ Turnpike, and my two dogs and I had a good stay. Room was clean, and the place was very quiet. Only complaint is that while there was plenty of green space around the hotel, they posted signs prohibiting dog walking. They provided a small, closed in pen for dogs to do their business, but that is not adequate, They didn't seem to enforce the policy, however.
