      Don't Recommend

      We were confirmed thru BringFido for a King bed with pullout sofa bed suite. I also had called the hotel directly a day before our travel and reconfirmed it. But when we checked-in the room was a double-bed suite. The front office person denied any confirmation, apologized but basically was "take it or leave it" situation. We had no choice and took it. When entered the room the room was smelling trash and was not cleaned at all. I again went to the front office. The front office person inspected the room, apologized again and gave us another double bed suite. The hotel rooms, corridor and overall smells trash and is unhygienic. I will not recommend anyone staying in this hotel.

      Lobby and bathroom smelled like smoke

      We had two separate rooms. The lobby and of the bathrooms smelled like cigarette smoke. As non smokers we are very sensitive. The staff was very friendly.

      Nice last minute option

      Last-minute one night stay as we traveled with our two 40 lb dogs. No dedicated pet relief area outside but plenty of little areas with trees and bushes for the dogs to relieve themselves. The room itself was very clean though it smelled a bit smoky (despite being a nonsmoking hotel). Bathroom was clean as well but in desperate need of an update. We liked having laminate floors in the kitchen area for the dogs’ food and water.

      Could not have ben more pleased

      Major construction at our home necessitated finding a peaceful place for our 12 year old German Shepherd dog for several days (she has never been in a kennel).

      Extended Stay America at West Windsor was an excellent choice and met all of our expectations at an affordable price. We are grateful to have found such a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
