While this hotel is nice, it's not especially pet friendly. I could walk my dogs around the parking lot, and there were some grassy areas, but no disposal stations. There was nothing bad about our stay. Easy access to both I-25 and I-40, fast food restaurants in the area but nothing outstanding either.

The staff at check-in was friendly, and the lobby is updated and clean. There are also plenty of grassy areas for pet relief. However, all pets are placed on floor 4 and the whole level smells like a pet store. The room was clean, but was very dated and run down.

There are definitely better options out there for the cost. I was on the 5th floor near the stairwell and initially thought that would be good as I could just take my pups directly downstairs. However, the stairwell didn’t go all the way downstairs, it stopped at the second floor and then you had to go to the elevators to get to the bottom floor. When you’re traveling with pups, you have to take them out multiple times for breaks, so it seemed like a miss. The room was just OK, but the entire hotel (not just the dog friendly levels) had a musty, pervasive vinegary smell to it like it was very dated and never redone or fully cleaned, but rather spot cleaned. The one saving grace was that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. That is all.

Easy check-in. We spent one night on our way to CA with 2 dogs and had a great experience. We arrived around midnight and the rep gave us late checkout.

Room was clean and did not smell like dogs, despite being dog friendly! Did not charge separate pet fees. Has a nice space for walking the dog.

The room was on the 4th floor as the description says. The room was clean, but seemed worn out. My dog immediately was sniffing all corners of the furniture & curtains as if there had been many accidents.

The property is very dated. And not very clean. There were several dead insects on the baseboard of the window for example. Public areas also not super clean. Lastly there were multiple water leaks in the ceiling of the bar/restaurant area. Buckets all over catching the water along with wet, slippery floors.

This is a busy hotel but they are efficient. All pet-friendly rooms are on 4th floor which is slightly inconvenient but the room is excellent. The dog walking areas in front and to the side are convenient.

Hotel is older, help needs training too. Had to call and have assistance from Lindsay at BringFido (she was fantastic) whom was wonderful in verifying that we had a reservation as the front desk clerk couldn’t locate it. The outdoors and surrounding area are nice for dog walks although sidewalks are very uneven due to tree roots.

Hotel is tired looking & needs refurbishing. Tiles throughout the hotel are cracked, carpets are worn, walls and doorframes are dinged. Has a nice and close relief area for pets.

Would be 5 bones but air conditioner in room was old and didn't work well. To be specific, it was mid 90s outside and the AC unit was set to lowest temperature full blast and it got down to 76 degrees by the middle of the night after about 8+ hours of running (outside temperature obviously cools down at night too). The room was uncomfortable above 80 degrees for most of evening. Would advise going anywhere else that has normal, fully-functioning AC units in rooms if staying in warmer months. Air conditioner in fitness room seemed to be the same so my assumption is all rooms have the same old unit. Everything else about hotel and room was as desired.

The staff were great and the hotel is very nice. However, the A/C wouldn’t cool the room at all. It was probably 80 in the room and we couldn’t sleep. I had to eventually soak a towel in cold water and lay it across my chest. We had a UHaul trailer towed behind our vehicle and they had us park in the lower lot where there was no security gate. When we went down in the morning the hitch was unlocked and the chains were all unhooked and lying around the ground. Luckily they do have a roaming security guard whom probably scared the low life's away as he patrols that pit every hour. Just be advised.

Great hotel! There is a pet friendly hotel and places to walk your pet. Great human accommodations. Dogs allowed throughout the hotel. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 bones is that the WIFI SUCKS. Could barely connect and it kept cutting out. We would stay again. Very close to airport if you’re flying.

We’ve had to make this cross country trip many times down I-40 and we’ve never stayed at a pet friendly hotel this nice. They have a whole floor for pet friendly rooms and the rooms are HUGE. The bed was super comfortable, tons of room for our dogs, and a nice area to walk them right outside the hotel. And even though this isn’t pet related, the bathroom and shower area was spacious, updated, clean, and comfortable as well! We hope this is our last cross country drive, but if we have to do it again we will for sure be staying here! Oh, they also offer military discount 😁
