Room was spacious. In spite of Covid and weather staff was very pleasant. Out door area for Emma was limited but other than that, it was a very comfortable pleasant stay.

We made a reservation for 2 But coffee for only 1. Calling the hotel we asked if masks were required as that is important to us. They said yes. There were signs in the hotel stating their mask requirements — unfortunately they were not enforcing it. Most patrons weren’t wearing them which means they are putting their guests at risk.

Lots of area to walk dogs even though it is located in town

This hotel was clean, the staff was nice and it was off a major road for easy access to the town. There is no real grassy area. There are areas with rocks but you are near someone’s room window so it was a little odd.

They were super welcoming to our OES. Gave treats and pats! Sidewalks around for walks and bags for cleanup!

Hotel had a nice and calm atmosphere which put my anxious dog at ease! We are Moving to Houston from Canada and have stayed at holiday inns along the way. All of them have been great and this one was no exception. Would most definitely stay here again.

Definitely would stay again! The staff was wonderful, gave us a room (room 254) at the rear of the hotel right across from the stairs to outside (I don’t mind the stairs- neither do my pups). The room was nice, everything worked as it should. Clean smelling, comfy beds, and with their express checkout- no need to go back to the front desk to check out. The only negative thing I would say is that if your dog has a hard time going on anything other than grass, it may be a challenge as the hotels pet areas are all gravel. I have one pup who could care less, one that won’t go on anything but grass - luckily there is a pet station out front of the Subway almost attached to hotel that is grass and I had success there with her! Overall great stay!

Breakfast was good every morn. Stayed 6 days with hubby and fur babie. Friendly staff. Room was clean and nice, in fact the whole place was was clean. Will stay again next year :D

Although there was some confusion at check-in with our room size, the manager was able to accommodate us for the evening. My pups were exhausted after a long day of exploring, and no one minded that we left them alone in the room to go grab some dinner.
The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and the free breakfast was great. And the dogs LOVED the free treats given to them in the morning.
