No AC in our suite room so had to take a smaller room. 15 minutes of typing on the computer, the front desk guy said can you stop back in in the morning and someone else could figure out the paperwork. Open the room door and my wife said it smelled like smoke, let’s go somewhere else. We should have. Noisy, tub wouldn’t drain, really all around motel 6 quality. Breakfast really limited.

I was charged an extra $25 for the presence of one dog in addition to the possibility of damage. The room was not clean; coffee had been spilled on bed skirt, greasy headrest on chair, painting and caulking updates were called for. I have pictures, but basically it was okay.

Some reviews called this place dated, but our room looked recently remodeled. Wood laminate floors are great for a pet room. Walking area was adequate. Free breakfast could have been better, but for the price, a great deal

Room was clean and the bed was good. The place to walk your dog is fenced on two sides and only open to the parking lot on the other two so it’s very safe. Staff called to make sure the room was satisfactory a couple hours after we checked in. Quite happy with our stay.

Nice clean room. Very friendly staff. Felt safe with my German Shepherd. The area of town that this and other hotels are located in seems a bit devitalized. But hotel itself was just fine!

Hotel desperately needs updating and repair. On the good side, sheets and towels clean. But expect much more from La Quinta!

My traveling companion and I stayed here two nights with a large dog. It was a clean and comfortable room that had everything we needed. Appreciate that dogs can stay there without exorbitant extra fees! I would definitely stay here again.

La Quinta has sure gone downhill. We stayed in two different La Quinta's and we rated both as two bones. We will not stay at a La Quinta again. There is better for the same amount of money.

The only reason I am giving them a 2 is for the surprise charge. Prepaid for room per BringFido policy. Arrived for check in and was asked for my credit card. I informed reception that I had prepaid. After she verified I was told she still needed my card for a $65 incidental fee that woukd be returned upon check out. I never would have booked with them had I known at the time I prepaid. I knew that by refunding the charge less than 24 hours later I would be out the $65 for a few days and I needed the money for my next hotel room as we were on a tight budget for our travels. Sure enough because they issued a return before the money had cleared it took over 5 business days.
She also had a slight attitude when verifying I needed an ADA room ending the conversation with questioning me if I had a handicap sign for my vehicle. Will not be staying here on my return trip. - MitchellJan 8, 2020Everything you need.
The breakfast isn't anything to write home about, but it is more than adequate. Everything else was great, the bed was above average, and love that they accommodate pet owners near their outdoor pet yard area. I've stayed here before, and probably will again.

This could have been a great experience, but it wasn't. The room we had was not useable and they had to move us. Neither the first room, nor the 2nd room were easy rooms to take your dog out for a potty break. No one wants to go down the hall, down the stairs and then back up the stairs and down the hall in the middle of the night to take your dog out.

The first room that I was assigned stunk Lake a sewer. I asked for a new room and the air conditioning didn’t work. I got a refund and went down the street to the Holiday Inn Express.
