The front desk clerk acted like I was inconveniencing him to check me in, neglected to give me internet password, or mention breakfast. When I went back to get wifi password and a copy of my receipt he rolled his eyes at me. He was not happy I pulled him away from his TV show. Not once did he smile, thank me, etc. In the room we couldn't regulate the thermostat; it was either off or freezing, I couldn't sleep because the bed was hard and the room was so cold! We got put in a room that had a connecting door to another room where there was a couple that decided to start talking/arguing very loudly about 10:30pm in another language. This set our dogs off. This continued for well over an hour. Then at about 6am this morning they started again and were slamming things around. HORRIBLE stay!!!!

Night check in and front desk clerk Jackie has a wonderful attitude; very friendly she will talk to you as you known each other for years. She will let you know where a good place to eat, or going to the store and places to see. Hotel pet fee is $15 a night and she fell in love with my dog. When coming into room, notice the wood floors look like a small apartment. Like the long cushion over heater/air-cooler can sit on and look out the window. Bed comfy. No breakfast due to covid, just coffee. Was a nice stay.
