The front desk was unaware that I was traveling with a dog, but quickly accommodated me. There was fresh snow, and the hotel is on a busy street, so I didn't do much walking with the dog. Room was okay for the short period of time I was there.

We had a good one night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough for two big dogs. Breakfast was sufficient and areas out back were good for potty spots.

Lobby, common areas, and room were all exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly! Pet relief area was mostly clean (there’s always a few irresponsible pet owners) with bags and disposal bins provided.

Close to areas to hike, beautiful view from the room. It can be a little noisy (dogs and guests) but overall I loved this hotel and will be back!!

Our room was lovely with 2 king beds on the ground floor. The "pet area" is steep and has rather large landscape rock making difficult to walk. Pet pick-up bags are provided but it is evident many guests prefer to dump and run. We stayed on a Saturday night. It is not a huge area and would be greatly improved by staff clean-up. The setting is beautiful and we would stay there again.

Very dog friendly. Have stayed here several times in the past year. The desk clerks Adam, Joel, and Justin were always very welcoming and accommodating. Kudos to Joel for getting us in at the last minute in August this year, and to Adam for helping us resolve a double booking on our last visit. Will always stay here when we return to Ruidoso.

We stayed here with our furson and couldn't have been more pleased! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and responded to hubby's television crisis within seconds (not minutes, lol)! Absolutely no doggy odors in the lobby, room, hallways, or stairwells. Very clean and spacious rooms. A good breakfast buffet to get our days started. Absolutely would recommend!
