Biggest issue was the room lighting. Had a large executive king but room was very, very dark. Cancelled another stay there.

The hotel was on a busy street and being a Saturday night made it difficult to sleep. Our dog was constantly waking up because of the noise so very little sleep! The hotel and room were ok but expensive considering our inability to sleep!

Our only complaint was the noise. You can hear the doors slam and the people walking upstairs. You could hear the maids vacuuming the room next door. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. There was a place out back for the pups to potty. Not bad, except for the noise. This must be an older building.

Did a 1 night stay while moving from AZ to CO. Clean and comfortable room, pet friendly w/ no fee, waste baggies outside w/ area to potty them. I would stay here again if in the area with my pet.

We were treated so kindly by Elijah when we made our reservation, and again upon our arrival. Our dog especially appreciated the treats. While we appreciate hotels that allow dogs, we find that places for pups to potty are often full of stickers.

Not great. Hallway filthy, room a little better. What a disappointment. From now on only going to book 5 bones no matter the price. Best Western should have better standards.

We knew it was going to be your typical Santa Fe decor but we weren't expecting how dated some of the hotel was, first off the room had a funky smell to it. I turned on the fan to let some fresh air in and the smell went away after about an hour. My thought is its the cleaning products they use, not to mention the rooms could use an air freshen. We had a huge room which the dogs absolutely loved, they had plenty of room to run around and play, which is a plus in my book. The bed was comfortable and the high back chairs gave it its Santa Fe nostalgic charm with the traditional aztec prints. All in all after the smell went away I enjoyed my stay and maybe I would even stay again (with a can of lysol in hand, lol). I took one bone away for the smell.

We only stayed 1 night, which is good because we were crammed in with 3 people + a dog. There is nothing truly dog-friendly about this place, just that we could have our dog without paying an extra fee, which was nice...therefore, no designated place for her to roam/potty, but they did have bags around the property, no treats upon arrival as other dog-friendly hotels we've stayed at have done. A brief drive to downtown Santa Fe but the hotel itself was only meh.
