Nice room, quiet night.

We enjoyed our stay here; the staff were quite friendly and helpful, gave us a map of the Santa Fe downtown area with restaurants. Our room was charming with southwestern decor, clean and quiet, and our pet fee was only $20. We found several dog-friendly restaurants (patio seating) but discovered that many of these places don't open their patios before May 1 (we were there in early April) so be sure to call ahead if you want patio seating before May 1. We would stay here again, very good value for the great price in an expensive area like Santa Fe.

Friendly staff! Gave us a room close to an exit to make taking the dog in/out easy. Super pet friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Will most definitely come here again on our next trip to Santa Fe.

Had a first floor, double bed room. Very clean and close to exit doors to take our dog outside. If you have a prissy picky pooch like our Cavalier Primrose, be prepared that there is NO actual grass areas for potty. Only pea gravel and empty lands of sand, gravel and prickly stuff. Even with her paw booties on, Prim wasn’t happy about walking on it or peeing on it. As we toured the town we were in hunt for actual grass areas to take her potty. However, room, service, breakfast were great. Had a pool, hot tub and a sauna too.

I was very happy with the Inn at Santa Fe. Great location, clean room, and quiet. We especially appreciated that they allowed three dogs. We also liked that they have microwaves and refrigerators in the room.

Other than people upstairs (or possibly livestock) stomping around, it’s a nice hotel.

Friendly staff, overall very clean. Hotel is somewhat outdated and rooms are small, but for the price it’s a pretty good option for travelers just staying a night. Contrary to what the description says, the hotel does not have a designated grassy area for dogs. The only place to pee/poop for pups is the rocky dirt sections that separate the parking lot from the hotel. If your dog needs grass or has sensitive paws, be advised they’ll have trouble finding a spot to relieve themselves. Besides that, they were otherwise dog friendly.

Safe Stay: Inn at Santa Fe, Surestay Collection by Best Western has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the We Care Clean (Best Western) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
