Location is great (in town and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood), studio room is spotless, and any sized dog should be very comfortable here. Can easily walk the dog in the neighborhood.

Carriage House Apt in the Heart of Manchester Near Southern Vermont Arts Center
Spacious carriage house studio apartment with private entrance across from the main house. Large 1000+-square feet with bathroom and large fridge, new microwave and toaster oven.
High speed cable internet (hard to get in VT) and new smart TV.
One large queen bed, 2 twin and daybed w/trundle. Sleeps a family of up to 5 comfortably.
Easy walking distance to all of Manchester’s lovely shops and restaurants.
Close to all ski mountains!
Special indoor/outdoor tennis privileges available. Private entrance, stand-alone carriage house studio apartment directly across the driveway from main house. 1.2 acre quiet landscaped property in town.
Large, open concept layout with no walls delineating the living and sleeping spaces. Could easily be a 2 bedroom apartment if walled in.
Kids nook with games and toys.
Study area with desk.
Very fast high speed cable internet and wireless modem. Free guest Netflix and Disney+ accounts.
There is no kitchen but there is a microwave, toaster oven, large full size fridge and eating utensils and plates. No sink or oven in the fridge/microwave area. Plates must be washed in the bathroom sink. Paper plates and utensils are best.
Some restaurants in town (like Christo’s) will deliver to our address too! Rare in Vermont.
Table and eating area for meals.
The apartment is above the garage and carport. A ping-pong table is available for guests in the garage below the apartment.
