No bells and whistles but a clean and comfortable overnight stay. Good breakfast and attentive staff. Didn’t look for pet area as got in late and key early but plenty of places to walk our dog near back of the property. Right off freeway. Socorro is gateway to a lot of good places such as major wild life refuges, the large array radio telescope site, and gorgeous back country driving.

It’s tough to give a review on a hotel in an extremely small, isolated town. They are doing what they can with what they have. It was clean but it’s very old & in serious need of update. Still, it appears to be the best place to stay in Socorro, NM.

Plenty of room for a large dog crate and convenient to restaurants and major highway. The pet area was tiny though. I took our dog for a walk, which was much more satisfying to him.
