Tired, low service offering, amenities lacking, no free breakfast, loud AC/heater to the point of having to turn off. No place to take dogs but claims dog friendly. On a very busy road - could include noise absorbing/abatement fixtures to help. In room refrigerator door broken. Beds mushy and sink in middle. Good news, it was clean.

The concierges were very friendly and forthcoming, answering most of our questions before we had to ask. We were assigned a room across from the main building, which actually suited us much better with our two dogs.
It was away from the casino environment of the main hotel, and even though the grassy area in front of the building was very limited we found plenty of "relief" areas for our dogs by walking around the block.
Hotel restaurant wasn't set up to serve breakfast at the time of our stay, but sack lunches were nice, including breakfast egg/burger muffins we could heat up in the lobby with more coffee to go.

First road trip with our two medium sized dogs and decided to book this hotel based upon location and being a Ramada property. Hotel is a little older but kept up nicely. Fun to have a little casino inside and bar too. Our kiddos enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. All the employees at the hotel were super nice too. We will be back!

We checked in at the main hotel and our room was across the street. Based on other reviews, I was concerned we would not get the ground floor but Heidi was so nice and was able to grant the request I made at the time the reservation was made. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. Furniture was a bit worn but room was clean and comfortable. Upon checkout, Heidi gave us each a sack breakfast which included a breakfast sandwich we were able to heat in the microwave. Again, she was so nice and welcoming.

No pet fee which is unusual. Room was not cleaned during our stay however, so you might want to ask about it. Upon booking, I was promised a room on the first floor and the front desk just laughed when I mentioned it and gave us a room on the second floor.

Warm and quiet. The casino noises stopped around 9pm and they were not loud anyway. Room was very close to back door, so easy to take out the doggies. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience here. A large, clean room with plenty of space for our hound. Bonus was extra goodies in the room—cookies, water bottles, mints and good coffee. We were placed in the “annex” building which was wonderful for us as it removed us from the busyness of the casino building. We definitely recommend this motel/casino.

We were severely delayed in arriving to our destination with Ramada - I was able to call and alert them and they let me know they would be there for me whenever we arrived and to arrive safe. The hotel got us signed in right away and was expecting us - have us our breakfast bags. The 3 bones only - is that when we arrived - exhausted after 10+ hours of driving - our room located across the street and the key fob didn’t work. We had to go back across the street and get it reset. The room was clean and our stay was relatively quiet but the door to our room didn’t close properly. The staff was all pleasant but disappointed with the functionality of the door to our room. Also, coffee makers in the room but no bottled water or anything nearby. We thought the conditions would be a little better/nicer than what we received and that is why I only gave 3 bones

The facility is clean, but lacks any dog amenities like grass to do their business in. I had to walk my dog in a gravel/dirt lot across the highway from the hotel. It’s not optimal, I won’t choose this hotel again.

People were nice, friendly, happy to see the dogs. But they put us upstairs and the stairs are steep and narrow. On our sundries was a bottle of mouthwash that was opened and almost empty. Yuk...

I only gave 4 bones because there was no green area for the dogs, we had to walk them down an ally next to hotel. Besides that, it was fantastic. We asked for ground floor and they happily accommodated us. We stayed across from the casino so it was very quiet. The room was very nice and mattress was soooo comfortable. Would stay again.

We stayed in the main building on ground floor pool and casino was right outside our door but no noise in room. Very clean room. I really appreciated the no dog fee and more then one dog allowed. Our two goldens loved it!
