Reasonable pet fee. Clean room with comfortable bed. Fairly new but starting to show some wear (shower in particular). Not much of a pet area, but it worked.

Rooms were very nice and extremely clean for the most part. I took away a bone for a few reasons. The shampoo bottle left in the bathroom was empty. There was a used wet wash rag that had not been removed from bathroom. It's a pet friendly hotel but they don't have an area for pets to do their business; they say they do but the area is fully landscaped full with plants and bushes so pets have no place to go

Hotel itself was fine, a bit worn. As far as special treatment for our Maggie there was really nothing at all.

The person at the front desk that checked me in wasn’t too welcoming. There is a small area for the pups to go potty towards the back/side corner of the hotel, but the poop bag dispenser was empty. They couldn’t accommodate me with a ground floor room so we had to stay on the third floor, but luckily my pups didn’t mind the elevator. I did take three dogs and their policy states only two dogs are allowed so they are lenient about that, which is great for those who have multiple pups. We did call ahead and ask about the policy but they said three dogs “should be okay”. I’m glad that worked out! The person at the front desk when I checked out was much nicer. Overall I would probably stay there again.
