What a great place to stay with our dogs. This establishment has it together. Not only was our room top notch, we had a great breakfast and our two Scotties got to accompany us to breakfast. Nice grassy area in front of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Staff was very slow checking people in. Once I finally got up. They somehow missed that I had a pet with me for the reservation. I don’t get how they messed that up. It got booked by this pet hotel app. They are NOT dog friendly. I don’t get why it has so many good reviews. Children running wild and giving the dog anxiety as I wait for the receptionist to give me a pet room since they never did the work after days in advance of reserving the room. Never coming here again.

We stayed in a suite on 9th floor with my 2 GSD's. Room was very clean. Elevators were near with easy access both from lobby and on the 9th floor. The hotel has a grass area in the front and a decent parking lot on sides and back. It's surrounded by an industrial area which has more parking lots. This was perfect for us since I could just take the dogs to a lot and run them in the evening when it's cooler out. The staff was super friendly and professional. Had a great stay. Will stay there again.

No 1st floor rooms, so elevators only, which is a pain (especially if elevators are out). There is only gravel around the sides of the building and minimal grassy area near the road through the front parking lot. They do have disposable bags, which is nice. Absolutely not an area conducive to taking your pet for a walk. The facility is updated and rooms are very nice. They advertise having a restaurant within the facility, even having a banner in the lobby with the restaurant advertised. The restaurant is not open and looks like it hadn’t been in a long time. Very nice hotel, but not too pet accessible.

We were just passing through and found this lovely hotel. All rooms are on the second floor which makes potty time a little tricky. But we made it work and there is good amount of grass for potty time in the front of the hotel. Also there is lots of parking. Not far from a In and Out Burger. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if the opportunity came up.

Nice, new hotel. Nice grassy area for the dogs. Only dislike was being on 4th floor. We prefer 1st floor close to an exit. Otherwise definitely recommend this hotel.

Front grass area was littered with poop and garbage. Rooms were up a level or two and were a long ways from outside, so if your doggy has to potty frequently, it may not work for you. Room was clean and spacious. Courtyard grass area doesn’t allow dogs, so only area is front grass adjacent to the freeway.

Really nice place. Of course there were limitations due to Covid but this is where we’ll stay when in Reno. It is right on I-80 but there was no noise in the room. Only negative was limited room to walk the dog between the parking lot and frontage road but nothing is ever perfect.

I have stayed in 3 other dog friendly hotels in Reno and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in with my dog. Descent dog friendly hotels are hard to find in Reno and I was extremely happy here. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was friendly and welcoming every time I entered. I will stay here every time I visit.

The facility was clean, fresh and the staff was very friendly. Our dog was welcomed as well. The hotel offered a very substandard breakfast at a charge of $11.95. Never heard of this at any other Best Western.

Very Clean, remodeled and quiet. Prices are reasonable. There is no true grass area for your pets, hotel is next to a place that looks like a refinery, but the rooms are on the other side....next to freeway noise (but hardly noticeable). Staff friendly and price is great. Rooms big and come with microwave/refrigerator an small coffee maker

Definitely a pet friendly hotel. They had treats at the front desk for the doggies. It’s a brand new hotel and they still allowed pets. We were very impressed.

My family has stayed in most dog friendly moderately priced hotels in the sparks and reno area. The Holiday Inn is by far the most friendly and clean place to stay. You feel safe both in and outside this hotel. The staff could not be more kind and accommodating. This is by far the best dog friendly place to stay. We will continue to return!
