This is the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at, should have walked out or never gone in. Grounds unkempt, dirty carpeting, musty smell. Room: dirty, dirty shredded carpeting, musty smell, bug on bathroom floor in the morning. Wouldn’t use the shower. Outside dumpster overflowing with garbage, great place for rats! Needs to be condemned and torn down

Avoid Room 153. The shower virtual rod was broken causing the shower curtain to hang in the middle. Someone used a washcloth to hold the shower curtain in place. I have no idea how long the shower curtain was there. The tub, shower and floor boards were all stained. Also, they overcharged my pet fee, but BringFido corrected it. I expected more from Best Western.

It was clean and quiet with a good TV. It is right by the airport but we didn’t hear the planes unless you were outside. The staff was very nice. We would stay again.
