Took a trip to the river on July 16-18th of 2021, my mother stayed in the river edge. When asked about us visiting her with our dog they informed us that they stopped allowing dogs in the hotel about 2 months ago. Dogs are allowed outdoors on the grounds but not in the hotel rooms. Thankfully we were staying on our boat!

Hotel was welcoming for our dog, and location on the water provides good views. Building feels a bit dated, and only a few restaurants and shops in town are open after summer is over, which is too bad since the food from the lounge was disappointing. A fine stay for a night.
