The elevator was broken & we had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. We’re in our mid to late 70’s with bad knees. It was awful. We also had to go up & down several times to take our dog out. The motel manager’s reply to me was, “Elevators cost thousands of dollars.” We weren’t the only unhappy senior citizen!

We had a great stay at the Red Roof in Batavia. The woman at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We also didn't realize there is no elevator - when we realized this and we had a ton of stuff to bring in, she made sure we got a room on the first floor. The green space for dogs to do their business is large and fairly quiet. There's free breakfast for us humans too. Great stay all around.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and inexpensive. However it is dated and shopworn. I was surprised that though we did get a smoke-free room, there still seems to be smoking allowed in the hotel as there is a definite smoke smell on the premises and there were folks smoking in the stairwell outside our room. I might stay again but would look carefully for something better if the price were right.

I was really impressed with this place, it was a last-minute stop on a road trip with my puppy. The woman working behind the front desk was super kind and the room was decent. Everything was very clean. The grassy areas are convenient, the parking is good, it's right off the highway and there's a gas station right there. Very convenient stop.

Room was very clean and appears to have been renovated, but this is an older motel. Lots of room to walk our dogs, but there appeared to be some drug activity in the parking lot shared with the nicer and more expensive La Quinta. Gas station right next door. Breakfast was meager. Ok for a one night stay.

The room was very clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. It was quiet and my room on the ground floor was near an exit so potty breaks were easy. There were lots of areas around the building to walk the dog, but bring your own poop bags and scope out a dumpster to deposit it in. The room came with breakfast. I picked the breakfast sandwich and it was pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
