Absolutely no space for dogs; floors were filthy, ice bucket and refrigerator dirty, stains on sheets and duvet covers. Breakfast was horrible (no creamer and coffee is awful), packets for coffee in room were opened. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The air conditioner unit smells awful, has a mildew scent. Asked to switch rooms and it was the exact same in another room. Can’t believe we paid $175 for this room. You can see stains through one of the pillows cases. Thank God I brought my own. Never staying here again. Wish I could leave zero bones.

The floors all had a greasy film. The towels were all stained. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed. Greasy film on dressers. There were tons of some type of small bug everywhere, on walls, ceilings, tub, sink. Free breakfast but we dared not eat there due to the bugs and condition of the room. The walls were paper thin. Our bill was only $93 so didn't expect a palace but cleanliness is a biggie especially during covid times!

Very safe location. Not a palace, but it was perfect for my stay with my pup! Very accommodating to my pups needs!

You would think that if you requested a pet friendly room you would have convenient access to get outside. We were on the second floor and at the end further est from the door. We have a 1 and a half year old who likes to go outside more often than most.
