Hotel Engel is a newly built modern 4* business and seminar hotel located in the charming old town of Liestal. It has very good train and road connections to downtown Basel aswell its fairgrounds Congress centres museums and cultural attractions. The hotel has 48 rooms and 2 junior suites. There is a bar and restaurant for fine dining 8 rooms for seminars banquets and functions for up to 500 persons. There is a supermarket and parking available at the hotel. Within minutes you can reach the green and hilly countryside of the Baselland region with its vineyards fruit tree plantations and lovely forests.
