A clean basic room. My only complaint is why they put a dog on the 2nd floor of a motel with only stairs. Dog balked at these stairs.

We pulled into the parking area and the place looked like such a dump my wife said she didn't even want to look at the room. Run down exterior, peeling paint, parking area overgrown with weeds, sad looking all around. Shouldn't be listed on BringFido.

I'm amazed they are renting these rooms out in the shape they are in. I took over 20 photos. Too bad I can't upload a few. There were stains everywhere, unpainted patch jobs, missing caulking, cigarette burns in the toilet seat... I could go on. If I hadn't been so tired from a day of driving, I'd of demanded a refund and left. There is absolutely no excuse to be renting rooms out in this condition, at any rate. Looking out my window across to the facing unit, several areas of the roof with bald patches, where shingles are missing! I have never seen a Red Roof in such poor condition. I am going to have to rethink about staying at another.
Also, I had to pay a $50 damage deposit which I was told would be cancelled when I checked out only to be told it could take 3-5 business days to process. This is unacceptable. It should only have been authorized - not billed. Besides, I have never been asked for a deposit at other Red Roof's. The only positive things I have to say is that the card reader on the door worked and the shower maintained consistent pressure and temperature, although the bathroom itself was gross. My advice to the owner, stop renting these rooms until they are up to standards.

Once you step outside your room you are met with garbage, cigarette butts, dog poo, and various pieces of broken furniture, shopping carts, construction litter. Kind of sad.

Poor policy of two pets per room. We rewarded them by booking a second room. We received for this: No hangers, all lamps broken. No light over sink. AC not functional until I happened to find a reset button in the plug on the floor. No trash can in one room. Poorly functional door lock in one room. Asked and asked for two rooms together. Were put off on this until our arrival, after multiple requests on day leading up to arrival. We will not book Red Roof again.

I had to book this Red Roof Inn at last minute because I had just received a call from the motel I had booked earlier with instructions to cancel my reservation because they didn't allow pets. So, I reluctantly ended up booking the Red Roof Inn at last minute. After arriving there a getting my key, I walked into my room and was immediately overcome by the powerful smell of mothballs. I also noticed that many things in the room had not been taken care of or cleaned properly, such as the toilet and the bathtub. Having a hard time with sleep made the rest of my night doubly difficult. As soon as I started to doze off, repetitive knocking on the door next to mine brought me out of a brief slumber. The knocking stopped for a while, but at 3:30 in the morning I was awakened by my dog barking at more pounding on the same door. I reluctantly got out of bed to peek out my door and standing there was a young, apologetic police officer who said he was trying to get some (probably at-risk) person to come out of the room. Despite his apologies, my sleep was once again ruined. I had just had a similar experience several weeks before where, in the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off across the entire motel because some inconsiderate schlubs were smoking in their room. If I could I would never stay at one of these motels again.

This facility is very tired and run down. The doggie waste disposal bags were very visible from the front desk however many owners were not good about picking up after their pets.

The king bed room is very small and the dog walk areas are limited. This is an older "motor lodge" hotel so there was quiet a bit of noise from the local businesses (trash pickup banging, loud mufflers, tractor trailers, etc). But, the room was clean and the staff was very very nice.

This is an older basic Red Roof Inn providing everything we needed for an overnight stay. Our room was clean, bed comfortable and staff were very friendly and accommodating to us and our small dog. . We were offered bottles of water , dog treats, and morning coffee. Always grateful for a welcoming pet friendly place to stay, we will certainly return.
