      Good Basic Room

      The room was basically clean, but the furniture is getting shoddy. The amenities are very basic, yet helpful. The second floor is okay except for having a dog with us, the second floor is inconvenient for taking him in and out. The property outside is not well maintained. We will probably not use that facility again, but was grateful that we were able to use it on this trip.

      Very good deal

      You are not talking about a five-star hotel. However the place was clean. The amenities were as described, it is definitely pet friendly and extremely reasonably priced. I would book again.

      Barely satisfactory

      The hotel itself is fine, clean enough for a cheap room. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but we stayed here based on location off the thruway. The person who checked me in was rather unfriendly when I came in. We had to take our pup for a walk in the middle of the night, and there were people hanging around in/outside the lobby. It seemed a little sketchy.

      Just FYI for dog owners: I was told that if your dog barks, they could kick you out with no refund. I’m assuming that means excessive barking that would generate a complaint. We would have been nervous by that warning if our dog wasn’t so quiet.
