      Very run down

      The swimming pool was empty, hadn't been used in years. NO landscaping, just a small patch of weeks adjacent to a busy road to relief the dog. Not set up to be dog friendly with old carpeted floors. TV and clock radio didn't work. Couldn't wash up as faucet was leaking and hot water was scalding hot. No breakfast food or coffee as advertised. Only a couple of cars were there in this very busy time of year at Lake George. We cancelled the second night. Tired old motel. No one in the office and had to call to get someone to come to the lobby. Didn't even answer the phone with the name of the hotel, just "Hello." I had to ask if this was the Baymont.

      No breakfast, no pool, no housekeeping.

      No usable pool

      The room was clean and reasonable. We stayed in mid July 2023 and the outdoor pool had 2 feet of green water in it and looked as if it hadn't been used for quite a while. The indoor pool was in a dirty/unkept room and very low level of dirty water. The grounds were unkept, unclean with drainage problems and mold obvious. There was no "free breakfast" that I could find anywhere in or advertised in the hotel. I will post our pictures as well.

      Much nicer than some reviews

      The desk person was very caring and professional. The room was neat, clean, perfect temperature and well placed electric outlets for computer use. I had no problems at all and my 90 pound German Shepherd loved the room and the area.
