No usable pool

The room was clean and reasonable. We stayed in mid July 2023 and the outdoor pool had 2 feet of green water in it and looked as if it hadn't been used for quite a while. The indoor pool was in a dirty/unkept room and very low level of dirty water. The grounds were unkept, unclean with drainage problems and mold obvious. There was no "free breakfast" that I could find anywhere in or advertised in the hotel. I will post our pictures as well.
