Every room is pet friendly. We had a 1st-floor with direct access to outside lawn. Nice property with a restaurant that was good. Great Location. Hope to go back again. Definitely recommend.

The location was great! We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake so our dog loved sitting on it watching all the activities. There was a lot of space to walk the dog. The restaurant food was very good and takeout was offered since dogs are not allowed, so we ate on our balcony or in the room when it rained.

Very nice place to stay! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The room was awesome and we had our own walkout patio which made having the pup with us very easy to go potty! I took off a bone because it was very expensive, no housekeeping, pet fee and couldn’t take the pup anywhere else in the hotel besides the room.

The hotel lets dogs in rooms, but not in any portion of the restaurant. So we had to get takeout from the restaurant and eat in our room. There is no housekeeping either.

They gave us one of the oldest rooms in the building had an older feel to it that needed to be remodeled, beds were not very comfortable, door in bathroom didn't close well...not what I was expecting for a $400 room
The staff is amazing and the awesome thing was that this room had a door that opened to the outside so it was perfect for being a dog owner...

This was our first trip to LP with the pup, so we decided to stay somewhere different that would allow for easy access to green space. The Crowne Plaza did not disappoint in green space. Gorgeous, quiet property, up on the hill away from Main Street but close enough to walk. We had a first level room that made taking the pup to bathroom very convenient.
One afternoon we were enjoying the scenery out on the beautiful outside patio in the front of the hotel, (see picture below) when we were asked to leave because the dog was not allowed on the patio during dining hours. Might I add it was a Wednesday, so not like it was the weekend or busy. There was only one other group of people. The person that asked us to move said we could go around to the side patio overlooking the parking lot lot if we wished. We were extremely disappointed. Especially given that so many of the restaurants in LP are dog friendly and allow them on the patio, yet the hotel that claimed to be, that we were paying a hefty price for was not.

What a wonderful resort. Room was clean, staff very friendly. We had breakfast each morning and was very good. I had a ground level which was great for the dog. No need to walk thru lobby as rooms have a second door to a very large area for the dogs ,

For a long weekend getaway in the off-season, we really appreciated the great location, helpful and friendly staff, gorgeous views from our balcony, and some of the better room service I've had recently. YMMV if they were busier, and the bathroom fixtures may have been a bit dated, but all was clean, functional, and we had a great time!
