Hotel was convenient and reasonable, but the floors hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Although I booked through BringFido, when we arrived at the hotel we were told that there were only 4 Pet Friendly rooms available and they were all booked, so they just gave us a regular room. I don't really know what the difference is, but within setting our 3 1/2 mo. puppy on the floor, he found an old pill on the floor and then proceeded to find another. Luckily we discovered what he was trying to eat before it was gone. At that point, we kept him either on a bed or confined in a small pen that we brought. This was not what we expected when we booked a pet friendly room.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting daughter for Christmas. Despite having to work the holiday, staff was very pleasant. Nice walk behind the hotel in a residential neighborhood which Milo enjoyed.

Health & Safety
Safe Stay: Comfort Inn & Suites has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
