Service is terrible. Housekeeping is terrible. Absolutely no place for dogs given all Chelsea dog parks were closed. Garage facilities non-existent unless you check in after 5 pm.

located in the worst part of NYC and there was no parking as well as there was no microwave, fridge and the ceiling of the shower broke during our stay. the most awful experience ever. Also, Bringfido has these hidden fees so be aware of that before you book.
