The hotel was clean, updated and our room was on the first floor which made potty runs easy. There was a dog park a few miles away which was great.

Staff were helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. All of the amenities were in working order. There was plenty of space for my dogs to be dogs. This hotel turned around a rather disappointing couple of days off.

Great area outside to walk dog around. I loved the bed, super soft sheets. Had lots of issues with tv. Although the check in person was very helpful when asked, was not forthcoming with any hotel info. I would stay there again however.

Great motel, clean, good location and of course extremely pet friendly! Kendra, front desk manager could not be more helpful and even offered to pet set if needed. After struggling to find a decent motel/hotel, to bring our dog over the years, we weren't expecting much. The Quality Inn certainly change that! Highly recommend for pet owners.

This place was an eye opener for us when staying at Quality Inn. This location did not have elevators, no designated potty spots for my little guy, room ac didn’t work, dirty wash clothes were left from previous guest and there was dog pee that looked like it has been there for awhile on the column by the front desk. I asked if the had rooms on the first floor since my parents are experiencing leg issues and steps are very difficult for them and answer was no. We had to use the steps. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had reservations for another Quality Inn in another city but I immediately cancelled it so we would no have the same experience twice.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was the expected size. Everything was reasonably kept. Great large grassy area for the pups.

Great , helpful staff, Ckean rooms, and a good breakfast all for a good price. These guys went out of their way to do their job. I know where I’ll stay whenever I’m around Cooperstown.
