Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. COME ESCAPE AT THE LAKE!! With this 4 bed room 3 bathroom gem you can bring the whole family and have lots of fun!! Lake Greenwood is a special place for my wife and I. Our cozy lake home sits in the friendly neighborhood of Greenwood Shores. The home was newly renovated in 2021 with many thoughtful touches all around to help make your stay enjoyable. You can tan, swim, fish, build a fire or simply enjoy the views off of our dock. The house is less than two miles from a landing. The house has a nice back porch that is perfect for entertaining. We do have two cameras on the property for your protection only. Beautiful greenwood state park is only a 3 mile drive by car. There is biking trails with beautiful outside art and picnic areas!
