This location was not nearly as nice as other Microtels we've visited, but their pet policy is accessible (we paid $50 for two large dogs for 4 nights). They parked us and most of the other dogs on the ground floor for easy access to the outdoors and the grounds had plenty of surrounding green space. I would say that the rooms are a little tight when staying with pets (and crates and toys and dishes, especially if they're on the playful side), but we made it work.

Our room was clean and efficient with all the necessary items for a good night’s sleep. Reasonable price. Front desk folks were friendly. Breakfast area was well stocked with a friendly person making sure it stayed that way. Our GPS took us into the town a couple miles down the road. So something is amiss there with the address and google maps. That was very frustrating after a long drive, but no bones detracted from the hotel itself. Just know it is directly behind Chili’s. Will stay again if in the area.

When you can't leave your dog in the room and it is freezing out it is nice to be close to a restaurant with take out. Bare bones but who needs more when traveling. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area.

Clean well appointed room, easy check in/out. Nice grounds to walk pup. Chilis right next door a bonus. Usually bring my own sheets but all I needed was a blanket (he’s a shepherd).

Room was like housekeeping doesn't ever clean. Dogs found clothes, tissues, toothpick, and other garbage everywhere around the beds.

Our dogs haven't traveled much and were stressed but the hotel was calm and fairly quiet. Very clean, too.

We had a comfortable, clean room next to exterior door, helpful for taking the dog out. Would definitely stay at a Microtel again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but there is no elevator. I was put on the second floor and with two cats in carriers plus luggage it was a slog to get everything upstairs. I had requested a first floor which they said was not available.

Just off I-90, but away from road noise, and very close to lots of shopping and food choices. Grounds are interconnected with other hotel and office parking areas for plenty of grassy walks that are clean and pleasant (please help keep it that way, folks!) Staff are very kind and helpful, they helped retrieve and send to us an item we forgot in the room. Thanks, Microtel Victor NY!

Clean room, friendly staff and easy to book. Puppy was happy with grassy areas. Quick trip to places to shop and easy access to thruway and 490 for Rochester and then back on road fir trip. Recommend for folks with dogs!

Mask wearing wasn’t enforced AT ALL. Every time I went to the front desk I had to wait while the employees finished sharing things on each other’s phones. It didn’t seem like anyone whom worked there actually cared about what was going on around them. In a pandemic, this is not a great place to stay.
