It was noisy all night. There was a refrigerator truck right outside that had to restart at least once an hour all night long. The little refrigerator in the room was rattling every time it ran and the heater was pretty loud too. We both didn't get much sleep and left as soon as it was light out.

We were heading home to snowy Ottawa after 6 weeks in Florida. There was plenty of room to park our trailer, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Service was cheerful and efficient. Breakfast included healthy choices.

The only reason I am rating Comfort Inn and Suites 4 bones (not 5) is that it’s an older hotel. From the point-of-view of someone traveling a dog, it was virtually perfect! It was very clean and staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly had a lot of experience accommodating guests with pets. I’d definitely recommend it — stress free.

Comfort Inn takes dogs of ANY size which helped me out a lot. Good breakfast, comfy beds, peace and quiet- great stay! We also made use of the SPCA dog park which was right along the river. Made for a great weekend!

There are not many options for hotels that allow dogs in Watertown, so choice is limited. The hotel is older and showing it’s age, room was fine, bed was comfortable, fan in room was very noisy. Hotel was busy with lots of activity in the halls which unsettled my dog. I seemed to be on the floor that had laundry for guests use, laundry was going late into night. Had some concern for safety as there were a few people coming and going that didn’t appear to be guests. Left hotel at 6am to run into a few guests drinking beer just outside lobby? Not sure I would stay again, wish there were better options that allowed pets as I pass through often.

We stayed in June 2018 and can't wait to go back! We love the Thousand Islands and the Comfort Inn in Watertown is our choice of hotel every time. It's clean, nice, comfortable rooms, delicious free breakfast choices and our dog is welcome. Nice area in the back to take dog to do his business. Additionally, we left our dog's overnight bag with many of our dog's belongings (toys, bones, bowls, etc.) and it was promptly sent out in the mail to us by housekeeping.
