Great customer service, nice rooms

Reception was very friendly and helpful (gave me a room on ground floor, next to side exit). But room and ground conditions were not on par for price paid (double the rate I would normally pay).

I loved the fact that we got a room right by the outside entrance and potty area for the pups. This is super important to me with young pups who just had an accident in the elevator earlier this morning because the pup room was in the 4th floor even though I requested 1st floor. This property was thoughtful about where they booked us. This was super convenient to step out and go to the car as well. The wall paper is a little tired and worn but so am I. The important stuff they got right. The great staff was also a breath of fresh air. I would not look around at all 8f I have the dogs next time I'm here.

Location was the best part of this hotel. Price was reasonable compared to other nearby hotels but the experience was not worth even the cheap price. Run down property. No working elevator. Rooms and common areas not clean. Beds not comfortable. Breakfast not good at all. Entire place stunk of marijuana smoke. Put me on second floor with my elderly dogs who have to be carried upstairs and no elevator. Tried charging pet fees when it was listed with no extra charge on bring Fido. They ended up not doing that because I objected. First time using bring Fido. That part was easy peasy but the hotel just wasn’t nice.

Stayed here before, but wouldn't stay again. Wasn't aware that housekeeping wouldn't clean room, unless requested 24 hrs in advance. Had a couple late night barking dogs, that got our furball barking keeping us up. We've stayed at a lot of LA Quinta hotels that were all great. Next visit back to Buffalo, we'll have to spend more for a better hotel.

Check in was easy the room appeared clean the beds were very comfortable. It was ashl great until Taking a shower i turned around to get out and there was several strands of someone else's hair on the shower wall. I also Couldn't find a remote for the tv.
