Property itself is good, the decor and layout gives it a nice quirky feeling. However, the owner is clearly under a lot of stress at the turnarounds and is missing out on thoroughly cleaning the property. Each dish had to be washed prior to use, we had one pint glass and a wine glass during our stay. We opened the oven to find the last occupants fat-filled baking tray. The outside furniture is way beyond serviceable and safe. Lots of issues like an insecure gate leading to a busy road that needed securing especially if you have dogs! There is a cafe no more than 15m away from the property that gets noisy during busy times --breakfast/evening. We contacted the owner but he just claimed he has health issues and can't keep up with the guests breaking things! At the cost you pay for this property there is a lot better out there
