We were on the first floor so easy access to take our puppers outside. Not really much space for him to pee though. Online check-in and checkout was great.

Unfortunately had a room next to the outside door. Every entrance startled my dog and there were a lot these till 2:30 am. Needless to say...it was Ruff!

This was the first time we have stayed at a hotel with our two labs - 55 lbs and 85 lbs - so we were nervous and a little apprehensive. We used BringFido to find a rated hotel and found this one. This was the best we could ask for. First floor and laminate flooring. We were traveling through to visit relatives so also stayed in the same room on the way back. Highly recommend this hotel but definitely ask for the first floor if you have an elevator shy pet. PS: the breakfast for humans was awesome and excellent staff. We will definitely go back.

The rooms were clean and nice including flooring that was a combo of wood like and carpet. The staff was very friendly, offering water when we arrived and answering any questions. The breakfast and pool were very nice, definitely recommend!

I have a 92 pound Great Pyrenees and a cat and it can be so hard to find a place that doesn’t have a weight limit. This place not only didn’t have a weight limit but was just an awesome experience. Got in a little after 3:30 am and the clerk at the desk was so nice and welcoming. The room was so comfortable and quiet (a big deal for my pyr). Then in the morning the new clerk was just as nice as the night one. Left an extremely positive impact.

Before anything else, the service was awesome. We forgot our toothbrushes and they kindly provided them at no cost/hassle. Check in was busy but she was great. The less awesome part was revealed when I dropped something and had to go looking for it. Under the couch was filthy. Cat toys, a few dollars of change, and at least of few months of dust. Who cares, it’s under the couch? My concern if that isn’t getting a quick sweep, what is the quality of cleaning/sanitizing on the rest of the room? The part that made us decide to check out an hour after getting there thought was the alarming amount of mildew on the floor and wall under the headboard. As soon as I ducked down to look for my charger block, I could smell it. The front desk employee was great about it when we told her we thought it best to leave but she was unable to refund us because we booked it here. We called and BringFido took care of it easily. If you get room 104, I’d recommend checking for mildew.

This was a very nice hotel and they catered to our two dogs. They had cookies at the desk and a potty zone out back. We requested a first floor room and they were able to fulfill that. The room looked recently updated -- very nice, pet friendly flooring. Wonderful breakfast with cheese omelettes, sausage, waffles, and all kinds of treats. Would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn.

Dogs were welcomed and given treats. Room was nice and clean. Walking area for the dogs was very small. Rated only 4 bones because the access to the hotel was difficult because of surrounding new construction.

If you are renting this room expecting a pool call ahead to make sure it is warm it was really cold they said they were waiting on a part for the heater. Our visit was May 20 2021.

They were super friendly, no size or breed restrictions. No pet fee. It was super clean, laminate flooring. A nice grassy area for the dogs to potty. I would highly recommend it and I will be staying there with my boys again!

Hotel was extremely clean and the room had more amenities than I could use in one night, but nice nonetheless. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, it was very quiet in my room (201), giving the dogs very little to bark at!

We were traveling with two dogs and three cats, and this was the only place we could find in the Cincinnati area that would take us without making us book two rooms or even charging extra. New construction next door made access a little difficult, but everything else was perfect. Thanks!

Front desk employees were great and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice area in back of the hotel for walking your pet (grassy area and kiosk with bags and trash can). Good breakfast! We’d definitely stay there again.

I stayed here after movers had cleaned out my condo, prior to driving to my new home in another state. The Digital Key and digital check-in, where I could select my own room (easy access to the outside for the pups please), made the stay very convenient for me with my two larger, VERY stressed out dogs. The fact that this property does not charge a pet fee or deposit while allowing large dogs to stay is also a major plus in my book. The recently remodeled rooms are quite nice, with finishes I would expect in a more upscale hotel. This makes allowing dogs to stay even more special, as the property trusts that the rooms will not be trashed by misbehaving dogs. I will be staying here many more times upon my return to the area to visit family and friends.
