    The Worst

    Location next to a busy highway, railroad track, and airport; the combined noise, along with a noisy mini-refrigerator, made sleep nearly impossible. Hotel appearance was dingy at best. The advertised “breakfast” was packaged muffins, small cups of too-sugary yogurt, and a basket of fruit. The coffee was weak and lukewarm. Recommend removing it from your list of dog-friendly hotels.

    Fine for the price

    Bathroom was really dirty, no one had scrubbed corners and edges of the floor in a VERY long time. They put us on the 3rd floor, so not convenient at all for walking my pupper. Not much grass for walking either. Most of the small patches around the building were littered with tons of cigarette butts. But for the price, I didn't expect much more.

    Very convenient but not very clean

    We stayed here for one night with my partner and our dog Riley as part of a road trip. The check in and check out was very fast, and we were given a room steps away from a side exit, which also had poopy bags, so it was very convenient. The room itself was not too clean despite it having no carpeting at all (which should make it easier to clean). There was some dirt around, and there were some hairs behind the toilet. Riley could totally smell that other dogs had been there before (which made it hard for her to settle down) as well. Given the nightly rate, I would definitely come back here for a quick stop, but don’t expect the nicest room.

    Dirty loud and disgusting

    DO NOT STAY HERE! The property and rooms are filthy. the room I have smells and looks like the floors haven’t been swept in day. I asked for a different room and was told they were sold out. it’s 3am and have complained to the front desk numerous times about the vagrants and loud partying guests 2 rooms down they have done nothing. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We are packing up and leaving now. I’d give it a minus 5 bones if I could.

    Dirty and loud

    Staff were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my room had fake rose petals still on the floor from someone's romantic getaway, what appeared to be pubic or (hopefully)beard hairs in the shower soap dish, and someone down the hall was slamming their door so hard the wall shook every hour until 1 am.

    Bed bugs, and very dirty!

    Do not stay here! My first impression when I walked in was that the hotel was dirty, but I didn’t expect much for the price. We checked in to our room, went out to pick up dinner, and then as we were getting ready for bed, found bed bugs. We checked out immediately; the staff didn’t question refunding us when I brought them one of the bugs we had squished in a napkin.

    You get what you pay for

    The room was fairly dirty, and there were tons of other dogs here. It was a decent value for a one night stay but i don't think I'd book it again.

    Awesome hotel!

    We stayed here for about a week and we had absolutely no issues! We had to have our keys updated twice because they stopped working, but overall, everything was great! They put us in a room close to an exit so that we could take our little pup out to potty!

    The room they put is in was very close to an outside entrance, so it was easy to get in, and take the dog out for bathroom breaks.

    The property is ok. A bit off the beaten path but pet friendly. Food options are mostly pizza or local pub.

    Good But Noisy

    This was a good budget option. Clean, large no-frills room. Biggest downside was noise- our pups couldn’t settle and were up all night. Cars and people in and out, plus it is near a commuter train station and the airport. Maybe if you ask for a room that is not on the ground floor it would work better for you and your four-legged family members.

    Clean and comfortable

    The staff was nice, the place was clean and the price was right. The breakfast was ok. It smelled a little funky but it may have been some kind of cleaner.

    Stay Here

    Great hotel! Comfortable beds, and clean rooms. They were undergoing a renovation while we stayed but they still offered breakfast with waffles, cereal yogurt etc. Friendly staff and easy on and off the interstate. Grassy areas close by the let your furry friend run or relieve themselves.

    OK For a Night, Not the Cleanest

    This is a fine hotel for a stopover. We stopped here for a night with our kitty during a cross-country drive. The room was recently updated, but the bathroom was not very clean. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes (both the hotel and the room are smoke-free), and our kitty seemed to catch some ear mites after crawling under the bed. We tried to prevent him from doing this, but he still found a way. Overall, OK for a night, but we may look into another location if we stop through Cleveland again.
