This was the most awful experience I’ve ever had in hotel history. The man working was very very rude and claimed we lied about having 3 dogs when my reservation showed 3 dogs. The tv did not work, there was no coffee pot in the room, the Wi-Fi was crap, and no poop bags in the dispenser was an inconvenience. The rooms literally have nothing in them. I will never stay at a Motel 6, especially this one, ever again.

I booked and paid for a first-floor, king-size bed and non-smoking room through the app. The motel is across the street from the hospital that admitted my husband. At check-in, they did not have first-floor king-size beds, and my room was on the second floor. I also had to pay a $30 deposit on my credit card that would take 5 to 7 days to be refunded. My old girl had a hard time getting up the stairs. The bathtub faucet was dripping continuously. The dog walk area was a joke, a strip of down-sloping grass between two parking lots.
