    Nice downtown hotel

    Historic property in the heart of Columbus. Love that they don’t charge for the dogs to stay there! But they do charge $35 for parking, so a wash. It is probably the nicest dog friendly hotel we have stayed at!!

    No on-site parking

    Very beautiful hotel. No on-site parking. AC in room very poor. Smells like weed. Bathroom not stocked with soap in shower. Disappointed.

    Swanky historic hotel

    Everyone from the doorman to check-in personnel and everyone in between made our dogs and their human owners feel welcome and accommodated all our needs.

    Friendly staff, comfortable room!

    Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly - even had treats for my dog at check-in. Would definitely recommend.

    Great location

    We are driving across country with our dog, Felice. We used the app to find all our hotels. The filters helped us locate this hotel. I was thrilled to find a large upscale well known hotel chain on the app.
    The valet, Ricky was especially nice to our dog. He even showed us photos of his own puppy. The reception desk gave us a snack for Felice. No large dog pet fee!

    Great place!

    I had a nice stay with our 60 lb husky. Hotel didn't have a record I was bringing a dog, but they handled it without issue.

    Great location and excellent service!

    We only stayed here for 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! We stayed with our 2 pit/mixes and enjoyed every minute. From the welcome to our dogs to the delicious dinner we had on their patio at the hotel. There is a huge field of grass just across the street to do their business, and a beautiful paved trail along the river you can get to from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

    Great location, really nice rooms

    What a beautiful city, and such a nice hotel. They were great about my dog, extremely kind and helpful about where to go in the city, and the valet parking was really nice and easy. Would absolutely come back again.

    Dog Gone Friendly!

    It was very apparent that there was a lack of staff. I really could have used some help getting my luggage to and from the room. Our room was dusty and the bedspreads smelled as though they were not completely dried before being used to make the bed. But, they welcomed our French Bulldog and that was great. We were able to walk several blocks to a great eatery, Pecan Penny's, which was recommended by the person at the front desk and made our Frenchie welcomed.

    Best fido hotel!

    Definitely the nicest hotel I have been able to bring Maverick, part Old English Sheep and Poodle. Very nice and understanding staff, but Maverick is well-behaved, too.

    Nice hotel

    Friendly staff. Very nice room. This hotel wins the prize for best bath towels. Our dog enjoyed his stay too.

    Great Location, Great Place To Stay!

    Clean rooms, great location (right across the street from a park!), several restaurants close by (Try The Goat!!), and friendly staff! Highly recommend.

    Kaze enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere!

    We had a good stay. Staff were very helpful. Everyone was kind to Kaze! I enjoyed the comfy bed.

    super accomodations

    This is a high-end hotel in Downtown Columbus, and it is very posh and in nice. Drive up to valet parking, unload stuff onto a valet's cart, and he meets you in the room with it. Good menu for room service in COVID times. All in all, a top rate experience.

    Perfect Dog and Human Location

    Great staff, perfect location! There’s a grassy field across the street and a huge park and walking path a couple blocks away. Near tons of great human dining too!

    Covid friendly not dog friendly

    On our trip across the country this hotel was the most covid friendly but the least dog friendly.

    Good Hotel but Noisy

    The hotel was very nice, staff was great, and location was convenient. The one negative was that there was a large and loud wedding (strange during COVID social distancing) and the sound/music from the wedding came right up to our room on the 4th floor.

    Noise was out of control

    Room was clean. However the shower sprayed water out onto the floor no matter what we did. We weren’t in our room much but when it came time to sleep the noise and music coming from what we assume was the bar attached to the hotel building was so loud we had to keep our tv on and the volume up louder than what we would even listen to normally. I have never left a negative review on a hotel but I would never stay here again even without our dogs. The dogs also didn’t sleep much because of the noise. So disappointed.

    Great Hotel

    We used BringFido for the first time for a trip to Columbus, OH. The hotel was the best we have ever stayed in. From the wonderful reception of Zach (who also listened to our tale of woe) to the clean, comfortable, pet friendly room to the easy inexpensive parking across Main St. and ending with the stately historic hotel itself. The room we had was beautiful. The room's floors were not carpeted, which with or without a pet, gives one an immediate sense of cleanliness. Make sure to stop by during the late/overnight shift and give our love to Zach.
