      You get what you pay for

      Where do I start? Room (actually whole facility) needs updating. Carpet was torn, toilet seat was broken, deadbolt didn’t work and a train went by at 5 am which sounded like it was going through the room.
      There was nowhere to walk our dog and I didn’t feel safe when I did walk her through the parking lots. On the plus side, the young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was relatively clean and the bed was comfy. Lots of places to eat close by. Was it the worst place I ever stayed at? No. Would I stay there again? No.

      Not surprising but still disappointing

      Rude front desk staff that blamed me for not checking in correctly so I sat on hold with BringFido for 20 min trying to get ahold of customer service with no luck while they looked at me not trying to be helpful at all. After about 20 min they start typing on the computer and by goodness they found my reservation. We get to the room and it’s dirty, but we suspected by the walk up to the door. There was no shower curtain.. very odd. Towels were dirty, sheets had holes, price rates jumped the day we left from $75 to $359 for a football game.

      Good place to stay if passing through. Our dog didn't mind but we had to keep him from going under the bed because it was dirty with candy and trash. We stayed in a renovated room which we appreciated, but room had a horrible odor.
