The hotel was under construction and we were not aware of that when we arrived. Only one elevator worked and it felt like it was about to quit. Room was clean but wish we would have known it was torn apart and some services were closed. Not a great experience.

Safe Stay: Four Points by Sheraton Columbus Polaris has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Commitment to Clean (Marriott) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
