    Nice room and good price

This is a smaller hotel which is nice when you are going in and out to walk the dog. The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk to the breakfast staff and cleaning lady. The room was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable and had soft sheets.

    Comfortable

Our room was next to the pool but honestly it was pretty quiet. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

    Good location

The dog-specific room was immediately adjacent to an elevator — elevator door was literally inches from the door to our room. My puppy was startled by (and barked at) every mechanical elevator sound and human voice outside our door, continuing until about 1:30am. Other than that the facility was quite dog friendly.

    Very Clean Facility

Nice facility - clean and very friendly staff. Was a little difficult to have a room right next to the elevator. Puppies responded quite a bit to the noise.

    Near I-75 in Dayton

Nice enough room but towels shabby, key cards had to be reprogrammed twice (what a pain when with an anxious dog). No clear run or place to deposit waste. Loud trucks due to proximity to I-75. Staff very helpful which almost made up for the rest!

Good for cross country trip distance

Stayed here both coming and going between Nevada and Maryland; Room was very good although exterior building side doors need service; breakfast was good and convenient given the lack of nearby restaurants.

Nice room for us and our dog

Even with large furniture, our room felt sufficiently spacious. This hotel was located across the street from several restaurants so convenient for us. There is a small grassy area for dogs in front of the hotel, and a long, grassy area behind the hotel that runs the length of the building. Unfortunately, the dog station was broken off and on the ground behind the building but there was a large, trash receptacle by the entrance to the lobby. We had to return via the lobby because the lock to the side door near our room was broken and we could not use our key card to regain entry.

    Perfect spot for an overnight

The staff there was great. There’s not a lot of area to walk in the immediate area. There’s a PetCo and parks with walking trails just north of the hotel. It made it great for exercising the dogs after a day in the car.

    OK place to bring dogs

We stayed here one night in October 2021 with two dogs. Our original agreement was $25 per night for both dogs, but the reality was $25 per dog for each night. But we had been pre-warned by BringFido customer service. Sent them the receipt and expect a refund. Room was fine, nice accommodations. Doggy zone very close to our room. Hostess at desk was very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast with eggs, meat, usual pastries, waffles, lots of choices. Good coffee. Lemonade in lobby throughout the day. In a nice area with umpteen food options.

    Just ok

Room was clean but 2 doors down from swimming pool and was very humid and smelled of chlorine. Dog area was very small and door card key was broken so you had to enter the front door every time you took your dogs out.

    Rude

Some staff was ok but the late night guy was rude. They also had toilet that didn’t flush well one towel in the room. Location worked out, but would not stay there again.

Nice, clean, off the highway stay

Dallas and I had a great night. The place was clean, quiet, and breakfast was not packaged. I'll stay there again for sure.

    Great location

Clean rooms, close to picture rock lakeshore and hiking. Would have given it 5 bones but our first night the air conditioning was not working right. We did inform them and they replaced it with a new unit. Would stay there again.

    Lovely staff, convenient location

My only complaint is that it could be cleaner. I found remnants of food from previous guests on the floor. However the facility and staff are lovely. They packed grab and go breakfasts for all guests which is really nice since most places are just cancelling breakfast all together. Thank you for being innovative to give a better guest experience. Very pet friendly!

Only plus is that it's dog friendly

Probably the dirtiest hotel I've been to. During a pandemic, when you find yourself needing to stay at a hotel, when they should be cleaner than ever, this was a great disappointment. The smell of smoke met us off the elevator and permeated the entire floor (though it's non-smoking) and inside the room the stake smoke air was stagnant no matter how much air conditioning pumped through the room. The bathroom floor was covered in grime completely filthy and the sink had gobs of Lord knows what on it. The headboards had not been wiped down and you could see grease doors glowing even in the dark. Pro, it is dog friendly, but there are others in the area. Stay somewhere else and stay healthy.

    Our stay

Great location but too close to highway for us. Could hear jake brakes on the highway while trying to sleep.
    Nice people. Helpful.
Small dog area, I mean like two feet deep, but had bags available.
Basic breakfast but Waffle House next door and several option within short drive.
