Everything was as expected. Staff was friendly, grassy areas available, room was clean. Did not find any doggie disposal bags on site... take your own.

A clean room with a wonderful welcome from all employees! Felt safe walking in the neighborhood! Can not rave about the location enough! We had a wonderful experience!

Good not great. We were put on the 3rd floor. I asked for a lower room but none were available. Made it hard to get 2 small dogs down all the stairs (afraid of elevators)! But we made it!

The staff was friendly, however the hotel is a bit run down. The halls smelled of smoke, the public bathroom in the lobby was clogged, the carpet in the room was ripped apart at the tile transition, the fridge never got cold throughout the night and I woke up to a puddle of water in it (explained the swollen wood in the caninet it was housed in), and the bathroom looked like it needed a fresh remodel. Electrical outlets half-installed, caulk separating from the shower walls, grout missing everywhere, rusty door track, and water stains all over the ceiling.

Biggest issue I had here was the bathroom. Terrible water pressure and output in our shower. Shower stall door was extremely hard to close and seemed dirty. Also my towels smelled clean but most had stains all over them. Also they need to improve their pillows, thing and lumpy. Disappointed with the overall cleanliness. But good location, clean bed and friendly.

Second time here with our dogs and everything went smoothly. Several grass areas to walk the dogs. Wright State University is across the main street and there are woods to walk in also.

As always, we love La Quinta Inn when travelling with our furry son and this time was no exception. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of outdoor space to walk the dog. Thanks La Quinta!

Very clean, super friendly staff, good free breakfast. Beds uncomfortable and pillows terrible. Our room was close to the ice machine so there was loud noises all hours of the night.

Very nice hotel in the Dayton suburbs. They have a large area to walk dogs and provide doggie bags as well as front desk dog treats. The room was quite comfortable and we had a great nights sleep and terrific breakfast the next morning. Dogs can be left unattended in the room while you eat. They did not collect the advertised pet fee (dogs and cats allowed).

This hotel has no pet fee plus a good breakfast buffet. Instead of a tub there is a very lovely walk-in shower; better than you see in the picture. We got some discounted coupons to good restaurants nearby from the front desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay.
