First day we check in the gentleman didn’t even have the decency to check my name to see if I had a reservation. He said that all pet rooms are booked and that the hotel down the road has plenty of rooms. Needless to say I was pissed. So after the big spew he checked my name to see if I had a reservation. Needless to say my husband and I will not be returning to this establishment!!!!
