This place was awesome in so many ways! Sometimes places that allow dogs are dumps, but this was amazing! Great place to stay especially if you have kids or if you need a vacation or a reset. They have a pool. Nice rooms. Ever present, helpful and courteous staff (housekeeping & front desk are amazing). Poop bags and a designated area in the back. If you have a family friendly dog, this is an excellent place to stay!

The staff was not nice from the start. She just gave our room card and acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. Our room was dirty when we walked in.. there were crumbs on the floor and the toilet or the shower seemed to be leaking. There was no remote to the tv in the room and when we called down to the desk, they put is on hold for over 10 minutes. Finally we hung up and went to bed because we were too tired to deal with them. This place is NOT soundproof at all. You could hear everything! Then we woke up to ants all over the floor, the desk, and crawling up the walls. It was nasty and we immediately checked out! I was not impressed at all.

The rooms were clean, on was on the first floor very accessible to the dog walk area. Very friendly staff Pet area was very clean I would stay again.

Check In was fine, front desk was nice. Hallway floors & bedroom floors were filthy, crumbs, etc - dogs like eat stuff off the floor. Also found a pair of mens underwear in my bathroom, so obviously not very well cleaned. Other guests were rude, running up and down hallways till 1:00 am and banging doors. Just not a clean place. And, when they tell you to park out back cause there are "cameras", makes you wonder what is going on out front.....

Kind and helpful staff. Guests in other rooms left their dogs. One dog was howling, and another was yapping (right across the hall) at 11:00pm. The front desk took care as quickly as possible. I was awoke at 4:00am by the Same little dog yapping across the hall. The front desk apologized, knew where it was, and handled it in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, a great stay with room to walk, a nice walking path next to the hotel, and easy access to the highway.

The pet accommodation was smooth but that was about it. The first room we got had not been cleaned at all from the previous guest. The elevators were wet and had mud.
The second room had stains in the floor and the armchair. The carpet was sticky.
The free breakfast was going to be just a meal you could get and eat in your room to maintain social distancing due to COVID-19, but when we went down to get it they could not tell where it was and eventually just said it was not there today.
