SPACE TO ENTERTAIN & UNWIND
This recently remodeled townhome is cozy and packs a big punch with great design and flow. Upon arriving, you walk right into an open-concept space designed for entertaining and mingling. The light-filled living area has an oversize sofa (queen memory foam sleeper sofa), and a large Smart TV with AppleTV & YouTubeTV subscription (cable streaming). Downstairs also has a private Powder Room. French Doors off the living area lead out to the private patio with table for dining al fresco and has a beautiful mature lemon tree for fresh lemons in your bevs. There is fast wi-fi throughout the home, a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use off the Patio, as well as 2 covered parking spots.
BEAUTIFUL STOCKED KITCHEN
The HGTV-inspired kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home for prepping savory meals and insta-worthy cocktails. White shaker cabinets, granite countertops, professional series stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and fridge with ice-maker, trendy subway tile backsplash and a large wood island with seating for 4. Everything is provided from silverware to cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, standard drip coffee maker & filters, tea kettle, toaster, blender, serving platters, and more.
COMMUNITY FEATURES
The quiet, intimate community features a community swimming pool (pool is sunny but not heated) and is adjacent to the Scottsdale Greenbelt for 11+miles of paved walking/running/biking trails! The community is dog-friendly so bring your furry kids with you on vacation! (Some restrictions & fees apply. Additional fees may incur at checkout if there is excessive pet hair, damage to the property, or not cleaning up after your pet.) Please note, while we don't anticipate it affecting our guests, the community is scheduled to be painted in 2023, though the dates have not been released yet.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the whole townhome, covered parking and the community swimming pool (pool is not heated). Guests will receive their welcome message and custom code for the keypad a day prior to arrival. Guests will access the property through the digital keypad at the front door. Check-in is after 4:00pm. Each guest will receive a custom passcode for the duration of their stay that will time out automatically at 10:00AM on the day of departure.

Hi, I'm Jennie! I am an Ohio native and have loved living in Arizona for the past 14 years. After spending over a decade working at 5-star resorts, luxury hotels, and producing travel hospitality trade-shows, I decided to transition my extensive knowledge of exceptional service and excellent hospitality to real estate and hosting guests at my own properties! I am currently a licensed Realtor (HomeSmart Elite), Interior Designer, and take full ownership of our rentals. I thoughtfully design and decorate each space, meticulously maintain the quality of the home, and oversee every detail of my vacation rentals myself to make sure that everything is easy, perfect and stress-free for your vacation. I am local and ALWAYS available for anything you need during your stay. You wont be left stranded by a 3rd party vacation rental company. I love hosting and look forward to welcoming you!
THE GOODS
This home is fully furnished (including fresh white linens and fluffy towels for each guest) and is stocked with a "starter pack" of home essentials to get you going, including ground coffee + filters, tea, spices and oils. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough dry goods and groceries to last for the duration of your stay, including food, personal soaps, paper products, toiletries, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets. There are 3 grocery stores w/in 1 mile, including Frys Grocery across the street from this townhome.
1x MONTH CLEANINGS REQUIRED FOR STAYS OVER 29 DAYS
Please note for guests staying over 29 days, we require 1x/month cleanings to maintain the quality of our home. Cleanings are $160/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
DOG-FRIENDLY
We certainly understand that dogs are family too. We do allow well-behaved / potty-trained dogs with some restrictions per the HOA. There is a $200 pet fee. Additional fees may incur for longer duration stays, excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up the yard after your pet. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds! If you arrive on-site with an unapproved pet, your reservation may be terminated immediately. FREE ONSITE PARKING
There are numerous uncovered parking spots and free street parking available adjacent and surrounding the Townhome. There are also two assigned COVERED parking spots with direct rear access into the unit.
SMART HOME DEVICES
We use smart home technology throughout the property to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance in any way to the neighbors. Devices include Nest Thermostat (adjustable in range of 70-80 degrees), Ring Video Doorbell (front exterior), Ring Security Camera (rear exterior) and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy.
