Room was fine and staff was good. Elevator failure. Maid service during visit was not adequate. Almost impossible to tune television. Internet connection was poor, cut out frequently. Hotel needs a general refurbishment.

The hotel was very nice and accommodating. Did not bat an eye at my large dogs and, instead petted them and asked how they were doing when I passed the desk. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommend!

We had two rooms with three dogs in it and were on the first floor near a really nice area for the pets to use the bathroom. There were multiple other dogs in the hotel in the same area. We had welcoming staff and a comfortable (but somewhat dated) room. All in all, a great experience.

This older looking hotel benefits from its location near the airport so it definitely has plenty of guests, but I'm not sure the staff (although very nice and accommodating) can keep up with the demand. Trash could be found in the hallway, a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and the Motel 8 next door seemed to have a better-lit parking lot (although smaller). The rooms were clean though.

We stayed over here while traveling and had no problems. The hotel was clean enough and had what we needed. I’m not sure about a potty area for our dog because my husband took her. Great price for a good night’s sleep!

Had a third floor room. Had to use stairs since my dogs don’t like elevators! Restaurant was closed on Mondays. Pool closed and breakfast not included. But service people were very nice.

A really nice place but we arrived after 3 buses unloaded and a team of 10-year-olds checked in. Desk person was obviously harried but still really nice and helpful to everyone. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was not included which is okay (usually not that good anyway, anywhere). But, coffee pots were empty. This is a large and nice hotel that I would think would be better prepared for large numbers of clients. Maybe someone was out sick. Otherwise great place.

The property was extremely welcoming when it came to our canine friends! Having traveled with 3 furry guys we never felt like we didn’t belong. The staff was welcoming from the front desk to the hallway. The only point of concern was the one exit where we weren’t able to re-enter with overgrown grass and people who refused to clean up after their pets. That is the only issue we found at this hotel.
