Nothing fancy. But, clean, comfortable and great customer service. Beth, the evening Manager, went out of her way to be accommodating. Nice hot breakfast.

The room was nice. Unfortunately I want a king bed and although it’s advertised on the app in reality we ended up with a 2 queen beds. And seeing that my dog sleep in my bed there was really little room for the humans to sleep. The receptionist downstairs and all the women were very nice and very helpful. We’ll see how breakfast goes in the morning.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Con? Only one elevator, and they put me on the third floor with three pups, which meant a hike whenever we would go out. Plenty of place for the dogs to potty, but bring your own clean up bags, as none are provided.

The lady at the front desk was very attentive and super friendly! With everything going on with Coronavirus I was nervous to stay in a hotel. But you can tell they take extra precautions about cleaning everything! You still got your breakfast in the AM too! Instead of the buffet you got a brown lunch bag and your choice of items! Overall great hotel and super clean!

The hotel was very efficient and the staff was friendly and polite (don't expect the Ritz Carlton). However, the other dog-owners leave a lot to be desired. I signed a waiver acknowledging various rules, including an agreement that I would clean up after my dog. If anybody else signed it, they clearly ignored that rule: The grass around the hotel was a minefield of dog crap.

Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. There was a faint smoke smell in the hallway from smoking rooms. Relaxing and good breakfast options. We were on the third floor but our dogs did great with it.

Unfortunately this hotel allows smoking in rooms on the same floor as pet rooms. Floor is smoked filled and smells bad. Pet rooms are on the 3rd floor making it difficult to take your dog outside. A pet policy agreement must be acknowledged and a fee of $10.00 per pet per day is charged. The policy isn’t enforced by management as we had two barking dogs in the room next door that were left unattended, their non stop barking drove us out of the room for the day. Will find other accommodations the next time we visit’
