The space was roomy and the bed was comfortable. We had provided everything needed except coffee in the room, but there was coffee in the breakfast area, so no complaints.

The hotel was not as clean as it should have been. Hair was found in the sink, carpet is dirty. Not an adequate dog area. Some of the staff were not friendly. The bed was comfortable though.

I really appreciate being able to park right in front of my room. Makes it so easy to unpack the car, carry in all the dog stuff and to quickly be able to walk them. The room was very nice, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a desk that had the electrical plugs in the lamp. Bonus was the room also had a door to the interior corridor that went down to the lobby, gave access to the vending and ice machines. They also had a coin op laundry. Very convenient to the freeway but not noisy. The staff I met were all very friendly and were "pet" people themselves, which is always nice.

This is a nice place for a quick stopover. There are no designated potty areas for pets. They pretty much go wherever there is grass. Be aware that burr weeds are in several areas. We had to pick the things out of our puppies paws. The room was clean and the bed was soft. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.

Hallways and such are tired looking and wasn’t sure what the room would be like. Was pleasantly surprised it was fairly up to date, neat, and most importantly looked clean and cared for.

Hotel needs updating, and there really isn't much grassy areas for our dogs to potty, but the staff is super friendly and we enjoyed our stay (2 separate nights over the Thanksgiving week). Good location with easy access to Interstate 40. If you're looking for a fancy hotel, this isn't it but, it served our needs. The Cracker Barrel is right behind the hotel, but both times we ordered from them (take-out to eat in room), they screwed up our order and the food wasn't very good. We recommend checking out Trapper's Seafood restaurant and taking an Uber, excellent food and atmosphere!!! :) It is just a mile north of the hotel.
