  Nice. Just watch where you park!

  Clean room. When checking in, I asked my husband to get something I had forgotten in the car. As he exited, he heard an odd sound and went to look. 2 people were speeding away. Our back passenger window was broken and they only had time to grab his jacket our children had bought him. The only reason for the low score was when we checked in the girl at front desk in conversation told me they only had one vehicle a year broken into. I asked about safety after she said we should park in the back of bldg. A woman working front desk next morning said they have problems with theft from vehicles much, much more often! I had been lied to at check-in. NOTE: service Stations doing window repair are closed on Sunday! Our trip was delayed 1 day. Thank you to BringFido for their help with rescheduling hotel stays we had planned.

  Fine location

  There was a lot of noise from other rooms. Toilets flushing from above all night. Nice area for the pup and the rooms were nice and clean.

  Solid Accommodations

  Our room was fine, the front desk folks very friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very positive. The only drawbacks for us were the condition other guests left the dog area in--some people clearly don't pick up after their pets. A slightly disappointing breakfast spread, and the location being a bit further from I-35 than we had initially appreciated (our fault). All that said, we would not hesitate to stay there again. And this was the most economical La Quinta we encountered on our trip (and we stayed at three different ones).

  Nice place for stop over on a long trip. Front desk was very friendly and room was perfect for our dog.

  Jayla loved this hotel!

  We had a lovely room and Jayla loved the King bed. Except for noisy people in the hallway that woke her up and she told them to quiet down, we had a restful night's rest. Breakfast was nicely done. Clerk was great.

  Very comfortable for us and our dog!

  We enjoyed our unexpected stay here! A snow storm prevented us from getting further in our trip, then stayed another night because of closed roads on our trip north. The room was large, plenty of floor space for our dog plus our suitcases. Pleasant room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, friendly front desk staff! Thank you from us and our fur baby!

  Needs some maintenance

  Hotel room was decent. Lots of space to take the dog outside. Rooms are not soundproof. There was a big gap under the door and people were speaking loudly in the halls until 1am. Not great if your dog responds to these sounds. The stairs and elevator at the rear entrance nearest my room were all in the same place, which made coming and going a bit congested at times. The lock on my door took about 7 tries with the card each time I wanted to enter the room. No issues using the key cards entering the building though. There was a leak under the flooring in the bathroom. (I reported both of these issues to the hotel staff.) Best things about this spot were the location and lovely staff. It was a convenient spot to stay the night while on the road. I wished for less noise transmission and a little better maintenance.

  3.5 bones

  Check-in was easy, staff was friendly. Hotel was very nice and modern. Room was less updated, but still nice. Pet area was across the parking lot from the hotel and not well lit in the evening, did not feel very safe. Tripped in a pothole in the parking lot and fell, hotel didn’t have basic first aid items. Overall, made due for a one night stay, but we would probably look for other hotel options if we were traveling through that area again.

  Clean and welcoming

  I was warmly greeted at check-in. My room was clean and fresh and there were good spaces to walk my dog around the area. The common areas are also very nice and the bonus is the warm breakfast each morning. I would stay here again.

  Nice hotel

  The hotel was very clean and nice. Breakfast was basically mini muffins and bagels. We had an accessible room that was not so accessible. The shower had a fold down seat that was so low it was nearly impossible to get up from once the shower floor was wet. If the shower capabilities were better I would have given this hotel 5 bones.

  Great location, super clean!

  Definitely recommend staying at this place if you are traveling with a pup. They will have you on the second floor but it’s nice because it’s right by the stairs which makes it easier to take your dog out. There’s a huge space/grassy area for the dogs to go the bathroom on with poop bags and trashcan accessible. The people who worked there were kind and our room was really clean. The breakfast bar was okay, not a lot of options. But overall very happy with our stay!

  Wonderful room!

  We had a wonderful stay with a nice dog walk in the back of the hotel. The room was comfortable for the fur babies but especially the humans!! Good location for restaurant selection too!

  Great stay!

  There were several places with grass and trees to let our dog relieve herself. The room was spacious and our nervous dog settled right down. The room and bathroom were both very clean. All these factors made for a relaxing night’s sleep and rest after a long travel day.

  Really accommodating for pets!

  This location was really nice. The staff was wonderful. I will say bring your own pillow because these were quite possibly the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on. Otherwise I would have rated this hotel a little higher.

  Spacious room, easy access for dogs

  Spacious room; more than enough for my two small dogs to walk around. Love that there was a side door from the stairs for easy access. Sometimes elevators take too long for my impatient pups. Evening staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a convenient location if you're just passing through town. A good place to stay for a night or two with dogs.

  Great experience and friendliest staff

  The front desk staff were incredibly kind! They took the time to talk with me and connect and I really appreciated that. Room was great my dogs were very happy. The pet relief area is a decent walk out back, not huge but still not too bad, worked just fine for us on our one night stay. I also had a great parking experience, we were pulling a long trailer and the hotel had plenty of space and we were able to park directly under a well lit area with cameras!

  Equipped and very clean. The coffee maker had some gunk where you pour the water in but it was an easy clean. Otherwise, quite a pleasant experience.

  Excellent dog hotel!!

  This hotel was my first experience with a dog. I was pleasantly surprised with how well my 90 pound "baby" was treated. He only looks intimidating and whimpers pitifully if a nearby Chihuahua, Great Dane or human child doesn't come say hi. Most places I checked into have strict "NO PIT" policies, but we were ecstatic that we had a great experience with this hotel. The 4 bone rating was due to a discrepancy with the room charges. Also, the room was clean and relatively comfortable.

  Not quite a 5🌟, but way more than a 4

  Great room and great access for peeps and pouches. Clean. Fresh. Spacious. Great A/C and hot water. Put us at our requested location near stairs on 2ND floor. Perfect! Ice water in lobby. Ice machines fully working and coffee)ice water at station off the lobby. Great mattresses and pillows, microwave and refrigerator. Add doggie bags and trash in potty area, and a treat in the lobby and it's a full 5 Bones.

  Basic Hotel

  The room was fine. The staff not super friendly 🤷🏻‍♀️ Maybe short handed? Breakfast was a granola bar and cocktail fruit cup - not a fan!! There is a neighborhood area that is behind the hotel for walking my dog that was nice.

  Ok stay

  The room was large and relatively clean. Nothing egregious but not spotless either. However, they charged a pet fee upon my arrival despite advertising they did not have one. I argued with them and they said BringFido messed up and would refund me the fee, taking no responsibility. They also had a sign up charging $50 per hour for a late checkout. While they are warning their guests, this just seems ridiculous considering the room cost less than $100 for the night. Other than these annoying nickel and diming type practices they were helpful and courteous.

  Convenient location

  Really enjoyable stay. I would have given 5, but the grounds were a mess! There was a dog waste are, but people just let their dogs go everywhere and didn't clean up. Not really hotels fault but not pleasant when you have to clean your shoes because of someone else's dog!

  There IS a pet fee!

  $20 per animal when you get there and the animal rooms are not very clean. Stains on sheets - not sure if just the animal rooms or all rooms.

  Room Odor Problems, but Helpful Staff

  Our first room assignment reeked of cigarette smoke, but the helpful staff relocated (and upgraded) us with no hassle. Staff also treated our pet wonderfully!

  Front desk wasn’t too friendly but since I looked like something the cat (dog) drugged in, that could have been why. My neighbors looked like they were going to have a big party, but they must have taken it elsewhere so it was very quiet. I was going to complain about “smoking homeless” in back of Hotel property where I was looking forward to walking my dog but I was too tired. It’s not in the best location and I had to backtrack on an expressway to get onto the freeway. Maybe worth it if nothing right off freeway which I had requested when I booked.
