We overnighted here for a short stop during a road trip. The 4 bones is due to the dog friendly rooms being on the second floor and with my puppy being afraid of elevators, that was a challenge. Also, the pet relief area is in the front of the hotel and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. It was actually hard to dodge all of the droppings. I understand it's the owner's responsibility to clean up after their dog, but if they don't then the hotel needs to take care of it. Does not present a nice first impression or make it easy to potty your dog.

The room was great! Used the laundry facilities and one washer was broken, but no problem with the other machines. They did not keep food filled for breakfast. When we got down there about 8:30 am most everything was empty. There was not a large group of people either.

Somewhat shady location but I appreciated the security cruising the parking lot and the armed security guards in the hotel. It was busy and the breakfast wasn’t that great. We’ve had much better stays at different hotel chains.

The hotel itself was serviceable, nothing special. We needed a place to stay with our dog on short notice, and we got that. We also accidentally left our car unlocked while unloading baggage, and that was lucky! Two vehicles parked near us had windows broken by thieves, while ours was only rummaged through (no cash or guns, which we guess was what they were looking for). The next morning, we spoke to a groundskeeper who saw the damage, and said that it has happened before, but the management has resisted hiring a security guard. We were parked on the side of the parking lot facing a busy street. If you stay here, park as far away from the street as possible.

This property is clean and shiny. The room was comfortable and quiet. No place really to walk the dogs, but we made due with laps around the adjoining properties. They did have a doggie area but shame on previous guests who didn't pick up. That area was nasty.

We liked almost everything about our stay. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Nice tile floor. Our dog was very comfortable. We brought his bed for him to use. Plenary of room for it. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good—plenty of foods to choose from. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower. Very little water pressure meant a very light shower of water. So we give it 4 bones instead of 5.

The hotel is just off the interstate. We had a carpet less room which felt sterile. There wasn’t a good area for dog walking. The hotel was clean and otherwise ok.

My only problem is that there were two great hiding spots for our cat: behind the bed and under the bathroom sink. Otherwise, it was a great location. Clean and convenient.

Hotel was clean, new, and dog friendly. Not a ton of grass, but we have a city dog so it was fine for us. Would definitely stay here again.

To clarify, the hotel is newer clean, modern and well located, especially if you're flying in or out or driving down interstate 40. However, There is no dedicated pet area. The little bit of greenery up against the hotel is all muddy and dirty and not suitable to take your pet in. A small strip of grass at the very front of the hotel on an extremely busy street leading to and from the airport is the only grassy area. If loud noise and traffic bother your pet you won't enjoy taking them out. Large comfortable looking lobby area combo. Breakfast area is off limits to pets so you basically just have to walk on the tile hallway to and from elevator. Nothing special was done for the pet just a pet charge. Rooms have laminate flooring so if there was an accident clean up would be easy. Would not recommend this as a pet friendly hotel to anyone.

Your description incorrectly says dogs aren't allowed here. I stayed with my 2 dogs and cat. I saw multiple other guests w dogs. Hotel does NOT look like the pictures you've provided. It's 4 or 5 stories tall and clearly has been renovated recently. There was nothing about the room to indicate it's only used for families with pets. I really appreciated that the bed frames were flush with the wall with no space for my cat (or someone's small dog) to go behind and/or under the beds. It's NOT in a great area, but airport hotels generally aren't. I would definitely stay here again.

No issues here. They didn't have a pet friendly room, I just got a normal one on the second floor. No real pet accomodations but everyone was friendly with my dog and there's space to walk outside.
