  Door locks need maintenance

  We had to get new keys three times and had to try them several times before they would work. Even maintenance guy couldn’t get it to work. Staff was pleasant. Many homeless people around. Felt very uncomfortable leaving my car. Breakfast was excellent and there were many places to eat nearby. Lots of grass areas to walk dog.

  Nice property, clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of grassy areas to take the dogs. Close to restaurants and facilities.

  Terrible Experience

  Our stay here was terrible and really upsetting. The hotel staff was nice but our car was broken into in the back parking lot where we were instructed to park and when we told the front desk about the break in, the attendant was sympathetic but unhelpful. We were also told that this was a rare occurrence but at two auto glass places we went to said that this happens often. The staff should have been more forthright and warned us about keeping the car in the lot by our room. While we waited for our car to be repaired the fire alarm kept going off at the hotel and again the staff had no idea why and no solutions. I was traveling with a small dog who was completely traumatized by the whole ordeal. We ended up driving to a new hotel with plastic on our windows so that we didn't have to stay another night here. I am a Bonvoy member and chose this hotel because I thought the quality would be to the Marriott standard and I was very disappointed.

  Great overnight stay on cross country trip. Great location near restaurants and other shops. Hotel was very pet friendly as was the staff.

  Adequate, not memorable

  The front desk staff were indifferent and somewhat dismissive. The room was a nice size and decently equipped, but had a thick wall to wall carpet that felt unclean, especially due to a few large brown and red stains that looked recently left behind by another dog, and it appeared not even a basic attempt to remove. But the space itself did the trick for a one night stay, easy parking, easy in and out. Lobby area was nice and there was a decent basic breakfast provided.

  Nice place. Really clean and comfortable rooms. Not a lot of room for dogs on the property but you can take your pooch across the street behind a bunch of box stores and get a good walk.

  Perfect for our needs

  Passing through Oklahoma City on a transcontinental road trip, this place was perfect for our needs. Right off I-40, within walking distance of several chain restaurants and close to a large shopping mall, everything we needed was right at hand. The room was light, very clean and large, with a separate section with a desk and couch. Despite the nearby highway, it was quiet and very comfortable. The indoor pool and exercise room seemed to be very popular. A limited grass perimeter area had poop bags and disposal bins. The staff were super nice and very kind with our dog. Breakfast was extensive. If we were lingering in town, we would probably want a place close to parks, but for an efficient and worry-free stopover, this was exactly right.

  SpringHill really fit with our travel plans. Perfect location for midway route, great hotel (brand new, super clean, quiet, very dog friendly). Definitely in our plans for future trips.

  Easy Pet Stay

  Convenient on our cross country trip. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. There was enough grass for the pups and having extra space in a sitting area in the room was a nice perk. Our room was closest to the side door which made potty breaks even easier. Full breakfast was offered and lost of restaurants and stores nearby.

  The pet area was so nice! Green grass, poop bags and water. The room was spacious, very quiet, convenient to go outside and well appointed. Breakfast was nice, hot bacon & eggs. Thanks for making our trip a little nicer and our Maggie happy.

  Great Rooms

  We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and it was so spacious. George enjoyed running around the room! The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Close to a huge shopping complex with a Starbucks, Walmart, Panera Bread, etc. So close to I-40! Would stay again.

  Best hotel on our road trip

  We stayed one night with our 2 yellow labs on our way home. The accommodations were new, very clean, roomy and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Big bowl of Chupa Chups in the front lobby! Excellent road coffee at breakfast as well as nice variety of good quality food. Outside areas for the dogs were sparse but clean and well cared for. No area to exercise dogs and waste collection bag dispenser was empty. Overall a good overnight spot.
